Signature Massage - $100 (60 min) $135 (90 min)
This is a massage tailored to the client in order to best benefit their needs. The session will encompass all aspects of my training and may include Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue, reflexology, stretching as well as any other modality I feel is necessary to accomplish the goals of the session.
Medical/Therapeutic Massage - $125 (60 min) $175 (90 min)
This massage requires a referral from your physician. Treatments can help ease the pain of many conditions and can be combined with other therapies. Patients with Plantar Fasciitis, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, Carpal Tunnel, Knee Injuries, Arthritis, and much more can benefit greatly from this treatment. Discounts will be given for patients that need to schedule several sessions.
Lymphatic Drainage - $175 (60 min) - includes dry brushing and essential oils to benefit relief of edema.
Sports Massage - $120 (60 min) $150 (90 min)
This massage focuses on one quadrant of the body in order to aid in healing, rejuvenation, and relaxation. During sports, muscles can be stressed, injured, overused, or very tight; this session will aid in the rehabilitation of those muscles. You will obtain the most benefit from a series of sessions.
Pre-Natal/Pregnancy Massage - $110 (60 min)
This massage will help the mom to be by promoting relaxation. It is very gentle and can help provide relief from strained back and leg muscles. You will gain the most benefit in your second and third trimesters. You should provide a doctors note which states you are cleared to have massage therapy.
Reflexology - $60 (30 min) $120 (60 min)
Reflexology can be relaxing as well as therapeutic. It involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, hands and ears. Reflexology can be used to promote relaxation, healing, better sleep and an overall sense of well being. This modality can be very beneficial for those suffering from plantar fasciitis, back pain, shoulder pain, head aches, and general aches and pains.
Infant Massage - $50 (30 min)
During this massage, I will use massage techniques as well as teach the parent to do massage at home. Infant massage can be very beneficial to both parent and child. It improves body awareness, encourages relaxation and stress reduction, aids in reduction of discomfort from teething and congestion, stimulates circulation, strengthens digestive and gastrointestinal systems thus relieving gas and colic.
Geriatric Massage - $50 (30 min)
Geriatric massage is geared to a population that will benefit from massage, but may need a lighter and gentler touch. This massage can provide relief from depression, arthritis, aches and pains, and provide increased circulation, better posture, and a overall sense of well being.
